From the womb of suffering to the light of achievement

Reality stories and tales

Success stories we see it by our eyes

Stories of women who overcame life's difficulties and achieved their goals with determination and challenge despite the circumstances they went through.

They are in Jannati Foundation for Development as part of my profession project to support my family (7)

We will tell you the story of a strong woman who overcame her disability and made her mark and impact in life and to be a woman of a society that is proud of her..

Let her tell you her story 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

I'm Somaya Al Shamiri

I am 20 years old

I have a spinal disease and this disease has been with me since I was born..

This disease tired me a lot despite my young age, and everyone who sees me thinks that I am the oldest of my brothers, but in fact I am the youngest.

I was deprived of eating sugars and sweets despite my great love for them because the doctor prevented me from that so as not to gain weight and tire my spine more..

I was tired of bullying and my suffering, so I decided to overcome my suffering and break the barrier of fear from my reality and the words of others and to think only about my future and my interests, so I decided to get out of the house and learn what I love and be self-sufficient and leave a beautiful impact in this life..

I loved knitting woolens and I thought it was impossible to do such things. For me it was just a dream, but I heard about women who graduated from Jannati Foundation for Development and became business owners and products, so I said I will try, maybe I can sew wool and practice my favorite identity in knitting..

I decided to go to the Jannati Foundation for Development and to go through this experience, thank God I was able and mastered the work, so everyone became amazed by the work of my hands, I was relieved and pleased with these achievements..

Then many orders came to me, and I sold everything I was knitting.

And now I have many requests, thank God always and forever..

And in the end, I would like to tell any woman who went through the same disability as me..

Allah may test us, but He sends us good people who plant in us optimism and hope, and that we are strong with determination and will, we will do the impossible.

Thank you Jannati Foundation for Development
