 JannatY Foundation for Development implemented a project management and feasibility study course over a period of (18 days) at a rate of (6 days) for every 10 women. Because of korna, ten trainees were distributed to each group, in order to avoid infection of the trainees with the virus. The course aimed at developing women's skills in preparing project management, how to prepare a feasibility study, and marketing methods. The course included activities, workshops, and the preparation of an integrated study for small projects (sewing, cosmetics, incense, perfumes and detergents). The course has benefited 30 women, during the period from 30/1/2021 to  22/2/2021


The course aimed to :

1- The participating women define the concept of small projects, its importance and characteristics.

2- Defining the participating women the basic concepts of project management.

3- Providing the participating women with a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for managing and marketing projects.


Course axes :


1- The concept of small enterprises, their importance and characteristics.

2- Small business success stories.

3- How to define a feasible project idea in a systematic way.

4- project life cycle.

5- Preparing the feasibility study for the project.

6- Small enterprise management concept and its functions.

7- Project planning.

8- Organizing the project.

9- The concept of marketing and the marketing mix.

10- Methods of marketing the project's products and services.

11- Leadership in project management

12- The reasons for the success and failure of the project.


Course Outcomes :


1- Each participating woman has a feasibility study.

2- The ability to properly manage and market the products and services of their projects.

3- The ability to extract creative ideas for their projects.
